At Atlanta Macrobiotics our mission is to make available to Atlanta and North Georgia those Macrobiotic services that will benefit you the most. We provide:
- Cooking Service – Monday through Friday – daily 2 different meals availability
- Atlanta Cooking Classes – 1 or 2 people at a time allowing for a quality learning experience – that will have you creating satisfying “Macro” meals in 3 lessons.
- Seasonal Cooking Classes
- Pot Luck Dinners organized
- Health Counseling – Assist in dealing with a major health challenge, Home Remedies, Body Rub, Do-In and Self-Shiatsu.
Warren Kramer Intensives:
3 times a year we host Warren Kramer, Internationally known Senior Macrobiotic Counselor & Assistant to Michio Kushi. Warren spends each visit 5 days with us giving Private Consultations,4 Lectures and 2 Cooking Classes
