Remember in Alicia Silverstone’s, The Kind Diet, the tips for Quicker Weight Loss? Well the Tea or Carrot-Daikon Drink is actually a Home Remedy developed by Michio Kushi to help heal many conditions. Usually with the guidance of a macrobiotic counselor. It’s even nick-named the macro roto-rooter, because it’s very cleansing throughout our body.
Well, this home remedies class features very different kind recipes than usually taught in our macrobiotic cooking classes. And it’s a very unique class as well, teaching recipes for utilizing food to heal us everyday. So if you are wishing to skip aspirin/advil, sleeping & anxiety meds, heal cuts, abrasions, fever without ill-side effects, this class is for YOU!
